MC33035 Brushless DC Motor Controller
The LD33035 (analog MC33035) is a high performance second generation monolithic brushless DC motor controller containing all of the active functions required to implement a full featured open loop, three or four phase motor control system. This device consists of a rotor position decoder for proper commutation sequencing, temperature compensated reference capable of supplying sensor power, frequency programmable sawtooth oscillator, three open collector top drivers, and three high current totem pole bottom drivers ideally suited for driving power MOSFETs.
MC33153 Single IGBT Gate Driver IC
The LD33153 (analog MC33153) is specifically designed as an IGBT driver for high power applications that include ac induction motor control, brushless dc motor control and uninterruptable power supplies. Although designed for driving discrete and module IGBTs, this device offers a cost effective solution for driving power MOSFETs and Bipolar Transistors. Device protection features include the choice of desaturation or overcurrent sensing and undervoltage detection. These devices are available in dual–in–line and surface mount packages and include the following features:
L9305A Car Door Lock Gear Motor Controller IC
LD9305 is used in Car Doors lock actuator and similar applications. IC control unit based on the gear motor and block. (Analog L9305A).
TDA1185A Triac Phase Angle Controller
The LD1185 generates controlled triac triggering pulses and allows tachless speed stabilization of universal motors by an integrated positive feedback function. Typical applications are power hand tools, vacuum cleaners, mixers, light dimmer and other small appliances.
